How BebeTots began
BebeTots' journey began when our eldest daughter was about five years old. We bought a house which was big enough for me to start a career in childcare, as a childminder from home. Years passed, and our lives as a small family of three continued and my dream never progressed. Following the birth of our second daughter, I looked further into changing my career from crunching numbers in accounts to retrain in childcare.
A year later, I had gained my qualifications and I also gave birth to our son, my decision to change career was an easy one which I have never looked back on. I followed my heart.
I became a childminder from home for many years and in that time, saw the opportunity to open our own nursery. In January 2016, BebeTots Nursery & Pre-School opened it's doors and has grown since. With renovations throughout the nursery, we strive to improve our facilities and services to our customers.
A GUIDE OF WHAT TO EXPECT ...
Within the nursery we have policies and procedures in place so that you are aware of what we will do to care for your child. The policies and procedures also lay out what can be expected from us, what is expected from you and the children.
It is key that you are willing to work in partnership with the nursery so we have the best knowledge about your child, and who else knows your child best?
A copy of policies and procedures are available for you to view at any time.
THE FIRST TEACHER
As your child's first teacher, you play a big part in how your son or daughter learns and enjoys learning through play.
in PARTNERship WITH us
We invite you to work with us to help your child get all they can out of their growing years.
BebeTots Nursery is committed to safeguarding, promoting the welfare of children and their individual needs. We expect all staff, volunteers and contractors to share our commitment
At BebeTots we provide high quality child care for your child and your peace of mind. We believe that all children are curious and creative, will enjoy learning through play and can develop to their full potential.
No two children have exactly the same skills or learning style. That is why we create an individual learning plan for every child we look after. We would like to work with you, as we value your comments, in order to create a plan that is appropriate to your child.
We feel a wide range of activities within the setting can give all children a variety of experiences; be it discovering treasure in the sandpit, making new friends, learning to put on their own coat or taking their precious creations home for parents/carers to share in their excitement.

"Staff interact well with children and encourage them to solve problems and work together"
"The manager carefully tracks the progress of individuals and groups of children, which helps to identify any gaps in children's development"
"The manager and staff work well with parents and other professionals. This shared approach promotes a joined-up understanding of children's need and is particularly effective for those children learning English as an additional language"
